Iskolar ng Bayan ng Carmona, Cavite

The Iskolar ng Bayan, Carmona, Cavite or IBCC, which was started in 1995, was conveived as part of the municipality's program
for the educational development of the youth by providing free education to students who are academically qualified
but whose families are incapable of financial support.
